Red Lentil Soup

A warm and hearty soup made with red lentils, vegetables, garlic, and fresh lemon. Smooth, satisfying, and gently seasoned with a bright citrus finish.

Ingredients
Red lentil, onion, carrot, potato, celery, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and natural spices.

Preparation
Stovetop
Remove the frozen soup from the cup and place it in a saucepan.
Add 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) of water.
Heat on the stovetop, stirring occasionally, until the soup is fully heated to 165°F.
Pour into a cup or bowl and enjoy.

Microwave
Add 4 fl oz of hot water to the frozen soup in the Soup & Story cup.
Stir.
Microwave with the lid on for up to 3 minutes, or until the soup reaches 165°F.
Stir and enjoy.

Storage instructions
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Consume shortly after heating.
