Connecticut Regional Delivery Policy

Soup & Story currently delivers directly to customer addresses within Connecticut. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping.

Delivery fees are based on the distance between the delivery address and our Waterbury kitchen. The applicable delivery charge and any minimum-order requirement are calculated at checkout.

Our current regional delivery schedule is:

Tuesday — New Haven County / Waterbury area
Wednesday — Hartford and Litchfield counties
Thursday — Fairfield County
Saturday — Middlesex, New London, Tolland, and Windham counties

Orders are generally delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for the customer's region. Delivery schedules may occasionally change because of holidays, weather, operational conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, working contact information, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Because Soup & Story products are frozen foods, please arrange to retrieve your order promptly after delivery and place the soups in a freezer.

If we cannot reasonably complete delivery because the address is inaccurate, inaccessible, or otherwise prevents delivery, please contact us at hello@soupandstory.com so we can determine the appropriate next step.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that raises a food-safety concern, please contact us promptly and follow the instructions in our Refund Policy.
