Creamy Pumpkin Soup with Scallops

Silky pumpkin purée with tender pieces of real scallop, apple, cream, herbs, and warm autumn spices. Savory and gently sweet, with a distinctly coastal fall character.

Ingredients
Pumpkin, chicken broth, scallops, heavy cream, yellow onion, carrot, apple, butter, dry white wine, olive oil, garlic, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.

Contains milk and scallops.

Preparation
Stovetop
Remove the frozen soup from the cup and place it in a saucepan.
Add 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) of water.
Heat on the stovetop, stirring occasionally, until the soup is fully heated to 165°F.
Pour into a cup or bowl and enjoy.

Microwave
Add 4 fl oz of hot water to the frozen soup in the Soup & Story cup.
Stir.
Microwave with the lid on for up to 3 minutes, or until the soup reaches 165°F.
Stir and enjoy.

Storage instructions
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Consume shortly after heating.
